So small, looking all grown up,
combines fictional and documentary treatment and uses photographic archives, real images and the oral testimony of several women from the regions of Trás-os-Montes, Beira, Alto and Baixo Minho who, between the 1940s and 1980s, came to the city of Porto to work as domestic servants.

Tânia Dinis (Vila Nova de Famalicão, 1983), Portuguese filmmaker and visual artist. She holds a Master's Degree in Contemporary Artistic Practices from FBAUP and a degree in Theater Studies from ESMAE. Her work crosses different perspectives and artistic fields −photography, performance, film− in a relational aesthetic, based on personal or anonymous family archive images, their appropriation, and other real image records. In 2024, she premiered her short film Tão pequeninas, tinham o ar de serem já crescidas, world premiere at the IndieLisboa festival, where it won the Best Portuguese Short Film Award. Tânia collaborated with the educational departments of Curtas Vila do Conde, Porto/Post/Doc ouS(8) Mostra de Cinema Periférico. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the Cinema and Theater department at ESAP and at the Theater department at the University of Minho.
