Official Section & Latexos

This competition will be made up of two sections. The Official Section, which aims to promote the most heterodox and daring cinema, and Latexos, destined to highlight productions of a more modest, fragile and intimate nature. Without previous generic distinction (fiction, non-fiction, animation, experimental), all those feature films (≥ 60 minutes) that represent their directors’ first or second project can be registered to participate.
Works produced, or whose world premiere took place, after January 1st, 2025 and that were not commercially released in Spain or exhibited in public or private television circuits at the time of their registration for the contest* will be admitted.

The admission period for feature films will span from April 15th to September 5th, 2025.

The festival will have three international competitive sections that will prioritize those films whose screening involves their premiere/release in Spain or Galicia.
